DELIA is an alternative lending solution for women-owned and women-operated ventures in Canada.
With the support of the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario) and Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED Canada), DELIA provides $15,000 loans (and up to $50,000) to qualifying women-owned enterprises for business start up, stabilization, and expansion.
