The open source software (OSS) movement has revolutionized the software industry, with widespread adoption and contribution from both individual developers and large corporations. However, navigating the legal landscape of OSS presents unique challenges, particularly in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence (AI). This workshop, “Navigating the Open Source Software Landscape from a Legal Perspective”, is designed to educate startups, SMBs, and research professionals on the fundamental legal aspects of OSS, especially as it intersects with AI.
