What Are Your Business Success Metrics + How Do You Track Them?

August 15 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Join the WE-CAN community of women entrepreneurs for a guided, online discussion about business success metrics and how to track them.

Have you been feeling frustrated lately because you’re just not getting the business results you’ve been hoping for?

If so, join the WE-CAN community of women entrepreneurs for a guided, online group discussion about what success looks like for you, and how you can better measure the key components of your business to grow your success.

Here are a few questions we’ll be covering:

  • What does success look like for you?
  • What are your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that help ensure you’re on track?
  • What tools do you track daily, monthly and/or annually?
  • Any tips to share with others in the group when it comes to setting business metrics and keeping track of them consistently?

We’d love to hear about YOUR ideas and experiences in this Virtual Cafe, so if you feel comfortable, come ready to share!

This event is a great opportunity to pool our resources, take notes and learn from each other in a virtual format.

The WE-CAN Virtual Cafe is a regular event series consisting of engaging online discussions designed to share thoughts, ideas, tools and solutions as we build a positive community of women entrepreneurs in the greater Kingston region and beyond.

We hope to see you there!

NOTE: Live Zoom transcription will be enabled during this event. Should you require other accessibility supports, please email [email protected] as soon as possible since advance notice is necessary to arrange for some accessibility services.
