Tech Talk for the Tech-Timid – Implementing Your Software Strategy

In this session, you will learn how to source the best tools for the job, to ensure that our strategy is being implemented properly.

Is your business running on excel sheets and sticky notes? Do you waste time completing repetitive tasks over and over? Are you drowning in software licensing costs? Your problem is likely an unclear software strategy and implementation. Let’s take a holistic view of your business operations and define a better strategy. Incorporate software tools that can improve efficiency, cut costs, and optimize the flow of data through your whole organization.

In the previous session we defined a software strategy for a few common businesses. In this session you will learn how to source the best tools for the job, to ensure that our strategy is being implemented in a way that meets your KPI’s. At the end there will be a Q&A where we discuss real problems your business is facing.
