Moving Past COVID: How to Overcome Pandemic Trauma and Get Back to Busines

June 27 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

If you’re a woman-identifying entrepreneur who’s been feeling stuck in your business since COVID, this session is for you.

Even though most of the world has now moved past the global pandemic, many business owners are still riding an emotional roller coaster related to post-pandemic stress and trauma.

If you (or someone you know) is feeling anxious about the future and struggling to move forward, join us for a 1-hour session with Shulamit Ber Levtov, The Entreprenur’s Therapist.

In this session, you’ll learn how collective trauma and stress affects your mind and emotions, and, by extension, your business decisions and behaviour.

You will also learn about the tools you can use to recover from pandemic trauma, recover your CEO-self and get back to business.

At the end of this online session, attendees will:

  • Understand the impact of the global pandemic on their minds, bodies and businesses.
  • Have a set of actionable strategies to benefit their businesses and mental health.
  • Learn the three core principles of stress resilience and how to apply them.

NOTE: Live Zoom transcription is available during this event. Should you require other accessibility supports, please email [email protected] as soon as possible since advance notice is necessary to arrange for some accessibility services.
