Post-COVID, workplaces are reporting higher rates of conflict across the board; conflict between employees, clients, and customers is more regular than before the pandemic. If this problem is not addressed, employers run the risk of enabling toxic work environments to flourish at the detriment of everyones collective wellbeing.
While we cannot control the behaviours of others, we know how greatly they can impact our daily lives. Developing a set of tools for regulating our emotions and navigating tense situations is a vital step toward managing our own quality of life.
Join us on Wednesday, November 22 at 9:00am for an immersive seminar led by Don Gibson, Anger & Conflict Coach, designed to empower you with tools for managing your emotions and navigating conflict in work environments.
FREE to join.
