We equip SMEs with the tools, knowledge and resources to enhance digital maturity, build market sustainability and support the development of succession planning and transition of leadership.

We support new businesses providing introduction to investment or raising capital funding opportunities.

From Durham Region to the Quebec Border, the EOIC is a unified pipeline of business support for startups and SMEs, making Eastern Ontario the place to be for launching, developing and expanding innovation in Canada and globally.

Hubs

The innovation hubs within the EOIC help their clients to grow their business through targeted programming, resources to develop and launch innovations, access to education, capital and industry networks and a focus on accelerating business nationally and internationally.

Based in Kingston, Ontario, Launch Lab is a Regional Innovation Centre dedicated to economic growth and helping entrepreneurs succeed regardless of business size or stage. 

PARO Centre for Women’s Enterprise is the most prominent Women’s Enterprise Centre, serving all of Ontario. 

As one of the top universities in Canada, Queen’s University can provide access to a wealth of support for research and development that complements business incubation.

Spark Centre provides world-class innovation services like educational programming, advisory from industry experts, co-working space, access to funding and more.
